Rustic Pine Bench- Made from 3" thick Pine with live edge  and stop miters on ends where more live edge of Juniper was folded in. This Bench has a combination of Square and round joints. I have found over the years that a combination of these joints make strong long lasting chairs and benches. Square joints resist turning even when glue fails. Legs have massive 2" square through Tenons with wedges pounded through there tops. Horizontal leg supports have round draw bore Tenons which are pinned with dowels to also resist joint coming apart. Angled leg supports have a round through tenon that goes from the bottom of seat through to the top ,in which a wedge is pounded into tenon. bench is 8'L x 18"H x 14-19"
